Low reputation of IP addresses and domains can cause emails to be easily marked as spam or rejected.

How to Check

1. Visit this website: https://check.spamhaus.org/

2. Enter your mail server IP or domain name to check the reputation.

• If the reputation is fine, the result will be:
  

• If there is a reputation issue: Needs to apply for removal
  

Apply for Removal from Blocklist

If the IP or domain reputation is problematic, click More Info to apply for removal from the Blocklist.

Note: Fill in the application information strictly as prompted, otherwise the removal cannot be approved.

Click More Info to apply for removal from the Blocklist.

• Fill in as prompted:
  Use postmaster or abuse email address to receive verification emails.

If you don’t have these two email addresses, please create one using postmaster or abuse first.

• Enter the actions you have taken to improve the reputation, please use English.
  

• After successful submission, you will receive a verification email from [email protected].
  

• Check the verification link in your verification email and click to access it.
  

• Verification is successful, waiting for processing.
