Email Marketing

Prerequisites: Essential Conditions

1. Domain: Add sending domain

   • Configure DNS records for the domain

2. Mailbox: Add sender

3. Subscribers: Add recipients

4. Template: Content of the email to be sent

2. Add a Sender

3. Add Subscribers

Subscribers: Contacts --> Subscribers

In email marketing, use the Group of contacts.

3. Add a Template

Email Marketing --> Template --> Add Template

Supported template types:

• HTML: Custom content in HTML format, supporting variable substitution with contact attributes

• Drag: Generate email templates by dragging and dropping components

4. Send Email Marketing task

Email Marketing --> Task --> Add Task

From	Select a sender
Display Name	Sender's name/company name shown in the email
Subject	Enter the email subject, e.g., 25th Week Event Notification
Recipients	Select the recipient group to receive the email
Email Template	Choose the email template for this marketing campaign
Unsubscribe Link	Enable or disable the unsubscribe link (recommended to enable)
Remark	Add notes about the purpose of this campaign, e.g., 25th Week Event Notification

5. Verify Results

Check the email in the mailbox of the recipient (subscriber).
